#changetheworldwithme (The Movement)

I hope at some point I can look back and say what started as a burning desire in my heart to change the world - set out to actually make huge difference, in our community and then world wide and succeeded.
I have been taking this idea with me wherever I go lately - Facebook, Instagram, my way of life and then this past weekend my amazing husband (not sure what I would do without this man) said to me the other day - So, why don't we do something bigger with this and see where this can go and how it can change the world? I will make up some T-Shirts, we can give the profits to charity and go from there.

So there is still a lot of logistics that need to come together ... but the basic premise is this: I (we) want to take the simple hashtag #changetheworldwithme - put it on  T-Shirts, Tank Tops, hoodies, etc and eventually different types of merchandise  - sell them and then take the ALL the profits and give to different charities and causes. Obviously it takes a lot of thought and ingenuity to get this started and get the word out there, but I have a vision and that vision is to change the world.

This idea it is going to take some work on our end to come up with the actual framework behind it. I do not want to put any perimeters on where this can go or how far it can reach - all I know is I want to take my life and use it to change the world...I want it to be about the people, the causes, the hope it instills in others lives, about Grace given in a moment it is most needed, love shown in all capacities.
Going back to an small excerpt of what I wrote back on Oct 13 2016 (seen below) - I am now realzing so much more of what all of this means and am chasing after it with reckless abandon.

#Change the World with Me

". . . But through these things and a few others, I am now continuing to ask myself, where in our day do we fit time in to feel, to be human, to allow ourselves to think, to reach out to others, to be present with others and ourselves. where do we allow ourselves to dream, to prepare, to see the bigger picture?
Where in our days do you fit time in to show kindness to a stranger, or grace to someone in your life, or hope to someone who desperately needs it. Where do we allow ourselves to truly live instead of coasting through life and our routines of daily living?

I therefore bring myself back to what I believe I was made to live for . . . to above all else,  make sure that the lives I touch - the people who know me, the people who meet me, can say that I not only bettered their world - but I bettered the world. That my kindness, my grace, my compassion, my love for life, my perseverance towards my dreams, my leadership, and my interaction in their life and others - no matter how big or small - made an impact in who they are and in how they live, in how they see themselves and what they believed about themselves and others. That my hopes for the future, mine as well as others around me, made such an impact that the world was made better by me being a part of it and that my life always pointed towards something bigger than myself. I don't want to be known as pointing any of this towards me and what I can do here - that is far from the point  - I want it to be about more - I want it all to be so much bigger than me - I want it to be about others - about US as humans.

And through that I hope to eventually cause a movement deeper than surface. One that even when I (we) are gone - can continue into the depths of humanity, into the fabric of what our world is consisted of and that time didn't pass me by -but I slowed it down and made each and every single moment count. To be a repairer of broken walls. To help rebuild and renew and inspire. To see the greatness in people and help them believe it for themselves or if they already do - then to unite with them and continue to spread it to others!)

As Steve Jobs said "people who are crazy enough to believe they can change the world are the ones that do".

We CAN make a difference - we can be the change we want to see in the world - so what I am asking is ... will you #changetheworldwithme
